香入骨髓的-红烧带鱼

 制作材料:


  带鱼1条、葱姜蒜适量、八角2个、[油、料酒、生抽、盐、糖、水淀粉--适量]、青红辣椒个半只(也可不放。但喜欢辣的可以加入指天椒)

    制作方法:


  1、将带鱼清洁干净,用盐跟姜、葱段腌制10分钟;


  2、取一小碗放入剁碎青红椒碎、盐、糖、料酒及生抽搅匀成调味汁;(份量调制的时候自己用嘴巴试试才比较准哦)


  3、热锅取一块生姜切开在锅底擦几遍,倒入适量油(防止带鱼粘低);


  4、将带鱼用厨房纸或者干净的布吸干水分,下锅用中小火煎至两边金黄;


  5、将带鱼拨到一边,放入八角蒜瓣爆香,倒入调味汁,一次性加入能沫过带鱼的水,盖上锅盖大火烧开后转中小火炖10分钟,


  6、水份差不多干的时候,取去许淀粉兑水勾芡,撒上少许葱花即可;
