为什么要诵读《心经》？
《般若波罗密多心经》在汉地区的传播是从唐朝开始。玄奘法师,也就是常说的唐僧、唐三藏，他在去印度取经的路上，在一个荒无人烟的地方生了病。这时他遇到一个老人，这个老人实际上是观世音菩萨化现的。玄奘法师向这个老人要水喝，老人说水可以给你，不过我还有一个宝贝，有了它不用吃药(病即可痊愈)，而且你取经路上的一切障碍都能够消除。玄奘法师就向这个老人顶礼，于是他就得到了《心经》的传授，一路九九八十一难由此经加持而通过。他把《心经》带回来以后，首先是在皇宫传授给了当时的皇帝，那么在很长一段时间内就只是在皇室流传，直到玄奘法师圆寂之前才传播出来。《心经》在汉地流传得非常广,赵朴初老人、南怀瑾先生就是天天念诵《心经》，长年不断。

一、恭请： 端身正意（最好是在沐浴或在净手和洗脸后） 恭请十方三世诸佛菩萨、金刚护法，加持护佑！（三称）
南无上古燃灯佛（三称）
南无本师释迦牟尼佛（三称）
南无弥勒大自在佛（三称）
二、诵读：正文 （3遍至21遍）
观自在菩萨行深般若波罗蜜多时，照见五蕴皆空，度一切苦厄。
舍利子：色不异空，空不异色，色即是空，空即是色。受、想、行、识亦复如是。
舍利子：是诸法空相，不生、不灭，不垢、不净，不增、不减。
是故，空中无色，无受、想、行、识。无眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意。无色、声、香、味、触、法。无眼界，乃至无意识界。无无明，亦无无明尽，乃至无老死，亦无老死尽。无苦集灭道。无智亦无得，以无所得故。
菩提萨埵依般若波罗蜜多故，心无挂碍，无挂碍，故无有恐怖，远离颠倒梦想，究竟涅槃。
三世诸佛依般若波罗蜜多故，得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。
故知般若波罗蜜多是大神咒、是大明咒、是无上咒、是无等等咒。能除一切苦，真实不虚，故说般若波罗蜜多咒。
即说咒曰：揭谛、揭谛，波罗揭谛，波罗僧揭谛，菩提萨婆诃！
三、结尾： 摩诃般若波罗蜜多（每诵后一遍三称）
诵完全部后可另外诵持心经真言：揭谛、揭谛，波罗揭谛，波罗僧揭谛，菩提萨婆诃！（21遍至108遍）
回向： 回向偈、回向给一切众生或特定的人。

每次念完整的三遍心经加21遍心咒的话，身边和头顶会有金甲护法神！！！
《心經》可治疗失眠病。
现在的人为求进步，每天生活在忙碌、紧张的气氛当中，没有一刻可以停下来休息。上班时工作，回家也工作，连睡觉都想着工作因此有了失眠病。失眠是因为想得太多，脑袋装满了东西。
念诵心经可以将你的思维集中在一件事上，慢慢放松你的脑袋。念诵心经产生的奇妙磁场可以清晰你的脑袋，清洗自己的内心。每晚上念诵心经３遍，可以令人安然入睡。
念诵《心經》可以开发脑细胞。
原来每个人只能使用的大脑细胞只有百分之七。如何能够使自己比别人强的，最简单的方法精神能够开发多一些脑细胞，而修心经就是开发脑细胞最直接的方法。当你不断诵读心经，心经的咒音就会刺激到大脑的脑细胞，通过开发脑细胞，令你头脑保持在很清醒的状态。这时你不但有好的运气，而且拥有超乎常人的能力。
求愿除障

《心經》可治疗失眠病。
现在的人为求进步，每天生活在忙碌、紧张的气氛当中，没有一刻可以停下来休息。上班时工作，回家也工作，连睡觉都想着工作因此有了失眠病。失眠是因为想得太多，脑袋装满了东西。
念诵心经可以将你的思维集中在一件事上，慢慢放松你的脑袋。念诵心经产生的奇妙磁场可以清晰你的脑袋，清洗自己的内心。每晚上念诵心经３遍，可以令人安然入睡。
念诵《心經》可以开发脑细胞。
原来每个人只能使用的大脑细胞只有百分之七。如何能够使自己比别人强的，最简单的方法精神能够开发多一些脑细胞，而修心经就是开发脑细胞最直接的方法。当你不断诵读心经，心经的咒音就会刺激到大脑的脑细胞，通过开发脑细胞，令你头脑保持在很清醒的状态。这时你不但有好的运气，而且拥有超乎常人的能力。
求愿除障
