          these days,liuxiaobo began to be caught the sight of the world that he is the first chinese citizen winning the nobel

peace prize.however,instead of being proud of that, chinese government opposes to nominate liu who is a dissident in

china and is still detained in person now.in order to stop granting the nobel peace prize to liu,chinese government have

even threatened  Norwegian officials with negative reaction,which is useless for the nobel prize nomination commitee

is not charged by Norwegian government.chinese government said in sinhua news agency that it is desecrating the

nobel prize principle to award liu who was arrested in 2009 to11 years for inciting subversion of state power.it is his

fourth time to be arrested.his first arrest  was in 1989 right after tiananmen square protest after when he was names as

one of the 'four gentlemen of tiananmen square protest 'for persuading students to leave the square.after that he was

convicted in jan 1991 for propagating and inciting the counter-revolution and was reeducated though labor in 1996 for

criticizing the communist party of china.now he is serving an 11-year prison term because of the release of charter 08

so it becomes a question whether liuxiaobo can go to norwegia to accept the prize.
