An unforgettable experience

Ten days ago, I was greatly honored to have got a unique opportunity for a business to our headquater of nanking with plans to learn something about information processing center and skills of communication with customers .
Our main company consists of three organizations: a management office,a big research institute, and a large manufacturing plants. in my opinion ,my visit there is much worthwhile and meaningful, during the business time I was fully booked up everyday and I didn’t dare to play any game including QQ and MSN , but i really miss my all friends .
Everyone is so busy in the 800 hotline , much busier than our 400 phone center , which has made me clearly aware of the importance of our service widely for customers all over the world .and most of all,
Although it's certainly difficult to predict things far into the future, I know what direction I want to develop toward.I feel I will be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities that might be presented in the long term. In the next few years, I want to learn new things, gain more experience and increase my value to our company. I want to learn my job well and eventually to achieve a position of higher responsibility within our company .
It seems as if organizations are more dependent than ever on the ability of representatives to be articulate both orally and in writing. I am constantly taking advantage of opportunities to develop my oral and written communication skills especially when talking with foreign customers.
I will make an all-out effort to improve myself
