The email below was sent by the landlord of my apartment, although I do not know what happened, I believe opening meeting is a good way to solve the gossip problem. This email can also demonstrate what do they believe in.

Dear Ladies of the First Floor…..I have asked Emily to put up a notice about a house meeting on Thursday at 10:00 pm in the conference room downstairs. I know there has been some tension in the girl’s house and want to talk through some of the problems. That said, if you have things that are bothering you or upsetting you, I would like to visit with you ahead of time in order to know what specifically to be prepared to address. The goal of the meeting is to bring glory to God and to identify where Satan is working among us. Your attendance is mandatory, but needed as well.
