                      图片心决定性叫心性，性决定命叫性命，命决定运叫命运，运决定气叫运气，气决定色叫气色，色决定相叫相貌 。

        我们讲长寿，有这麽四种人长寿：

        第一种，没心没肺的人长寿；

        第二种，稀里糊涂的人长寿；

        第三种，平静的人长寿；

        第四种，觉悟者长寿。

        那麽到底病是怎麽来的？有些人整天担心、着急、牵挂、盼望……各种心情都很多，这样的人就符合一个“患者”的“患”字，心老往上窜，今天担心孩子，明天跟这个人着急，跟那个人生气，跟那个担心，跟那个害怕……这就得了，您准备做患者吧！心平静才能长寿。

        不是有知识的人就能当官，不是这个样子，不是有才干就能当老板。现在很多人不服气：“这个人什麽也不是怎麽当老板？”你看看人家多平静，人家对钱很平静。有的人当官的时候很平静，当个局长像上趟厕所一样轻松，你行吗？当个班组长就激动够呛，你的容量就那麽大！记住，你的心胸有多大，你的世界就有多大。

        现在很多人老爱较劲：“你看这个领导没什麽才能。”他需要有才能吗？天不喜欢有才能的，不喜欢你有才干，只喜欢平静（天喜欢平静祥和，另外，“天道无私，常予善人”，天亦喜欢仁德无私的。。。     有知识的人叫小聪明，那什麽叫有智慧呢？大伙把智慧的慧字写出来——你看智慧的慧字是下面一个心灵的心，上面加个笤帚反向清扫，将获得生活事业的双丰收。但是谁能清扫自己的心灵？人这一生总是在找别人的毛病，有几个人在找自己的毛病？总是擦玻璃在找对方的毛病——你看你那麽脏！请你反过来看一看自己——哎哟，我这头原来也很脏！但是能反观自照者太少了！所以智慧难得，智慧有一点点都叫大智慧，聪明再多也仅仅是小聪明。有的人聪明一世，最后到老什麽都不是，太多了！有的人什麽都不行却能善始善终，傻人有傻福！


        人生每一个心情都是一个心灵的暗箱，佛教称这个暗箱为“第八识阿赖耶识”我们科学叫心灵的暗箱。
          当我们不断发生心情的时候，我们暗箱中的垃圾就逐渐堆积上升，堆积到一定程度——一大半儿的时候，就得病了。当堆积满的时候，等待我们的就是死亡。这个暗箱要是少到一定程度呢？那就是超功能状态。
这个暗箱是空的状态呢？我们这一生就是觉悟者，就能成佛，可以断灭生死，这才是真正的长寿。。。。
