随便想随便写——双花养胃汤

今天老妈给我一八银耳,哈哈,教大家来煲一味汤,很简单的,这汤可真不错,专门适合胃时常有反酸症状的朋友来喝,当然,健康的朋友时常喝喝也是不错的,养胃呢­

材料:百合花瓣\银耳\梨子\少许白糖­

作法:将花瓣、银耳洗干净,装入盘中,将梨子切成块状,与百合、银耳一起装入盘中,此时,锅中装入水(因人而宜,想多喝就多装点),把水烧开,将这些材料(包括糖)一起放入锅中,盖上锅盖,煮上20分钟,关火,双花养胃汤就做好了,这样就可以品尝美味的养胃汤了­

注:双花,指百合花、银耳,因呈碱性,能和胃酸很好的中和,起到养胃的作用,故名双花养胃汤。­
